David Alexander

David Alexander, CPA/PFS, CFP®

David is the founder and Principal of Alexander Advisors, LLC. He has provided tax, business consulting and wealth management services to a diverse group of clients for over 20 years.

Dave lives in Groton, Massachusetts with his wife Lucy and two children. He is active in a number of community activities and boards including coaching Groton Youth Soccer and Chairman of the Board of the Ayer Community School.

Debra Chase, EA

  • Tax Manager

Debra Chase has been a member of our staff since 1989, and has acquired significant practical knowledge and experience from varied client assignments over the past 25 years.
Deb’s responsibilities include managing the preparation of tax returns for the firm, as well as preparation of complex individual returns, business returns and tax planning. She handles tax compliance issues dealing directly with the Internal Revenue Service and various state tax departments. She is an Enrolled Agent licensed with the Internal Revenue Service.

In addition to providing quality client service, she values time spent with her husband, daughters and grandson.


Nancy Gray

  • Accounting Manager

Nancy joined the firm in 2000, and has been providing business and accounting services to our corporate clients for the past 14 years. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping support, general ledger and financial reviews and other tax-related support services. She has extensive knowledge with QuickBooks™ and other relevant accounting software. Much of her time is spent helping clients manage a variety of business accounting needs.

Nancy is a lifetime Massachusetts resident, where she and her husband have raised their two sons. She has been an active volunteer in school, sports and community organizations. She currently serves as the treasurer for a non-profit organization in Lowell, MA that provides social and sports programs for individuals with special needs.


Arthur P. Bergeron, CPA, MST

  • Accounting & Tax Consultant

Arthur Bergeron has been providing the highest level of accounting and planning services to clients for over 25 years. He earned both Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation degrees from Bentley University, and is a Certified Public Account licensed with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has also served as adjunct assistant instructor of accounting at both Newbury College and Bentley University.

Art works with a broad range of individuals, organizations and businesses. Clients benefit from his extensive experience and knowledge in all tax related services including retirement, estate and trust planning, as well as tax preparation, financial reviews and working directly with tax authorities resolving tax matters.


Cindy Maille

  • Wealth Management Administrator

Cindy joined the firm in 2012. She brings over 30 years of business experience to the practice and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fitchburg University. She is responsible for the implementation and supervision of all the day to day wealth management operations. These responsibilities include our marketing and branding activities, broker/dealer relationship, internal and external education campaigns, regulatory compliance, internal reporting, information systems and establishment and maintenance of client accounts.

Cindy is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts. She enjoys spending time with her family and is involved with the education ministries of her church.


Deborah Williams, EA

  • Tax Preparer

Deborah Williams joined our firm in 2010. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University. Deb is an Enrolled Agent and Massachusetts Notary Republic.

Her responsibilities include working with our clients in preparation of their individual returns, as well as educating them on various tax compliance issues. She manages the firm’s electronic filing program, and helps our clients understand and resolve various tax notice issues.

When not working, Deb enjoys spending time with her family. She is an active volunteer in her church and the community, where she has held various board positions including treasurer.


Shelby Morris

  • Office Manager

Shelby Morris joined our firm in 2003, while earning her Associates degree at Middlesex Community College. She has over 10 years of experience with accounting office management and client relations.

Shelby is responsible for managing of office operations including correspondence, client billing, accounts payable, scheduling and inventory management. She supports management and staff in client relations and tax return processing. Shelby’s office management skills provide the highest quality of client support.

Shelby is a lifetime resident of Massachusetts. She was recently married, and looks forward to new adventures with her husband, family and friends.


Kerry Flaherty Scott

  • Receptionist

Kerry Flaherty Scott is the newest member of the team.  She has an Associate’s Degree from Northern Essex and has over fifteen years of experience working as an administrative assistant in the areas of finance and accounting.

Kerry lives in Chelmsford with her husband and two daughters.
